Clubscan is offered either with or without passport scanning facilities. Just over 90% of our customers have opted for a system without the passport scanner facilities; call us to discuss the options.

You can lease rent clubscan on a 3 year, 2 year or 6 month contract or purchase your hardware outright.

A three year lease rental is £36.50 p/w, over two years this rises to £50 p/w and a six month rolling contract requires a down payment of £1500 plus £35 per week (+VAT). Passport scanners are £4.50 extra per week.

All options require a one off £270 fee which includes you set up, license, full term support, upgrades, installation and optional baby-sit.
